We’re excited to welcome Ryan Triolo to the Renergy family as our newest project developer and environmental & public policy consultant!

Based in San Francisco, Ryan will play an important role in the nationwide expansion of our renewable energy projects while keeping us in sync with public policy guidelines and changes.

Ryan earned his master’s degree in public policy from Stanford University in 2014, focusing on energy and environmental regulation with a specific interest in energy system modeling for policy analysis.

He’s a published scholar with a byline in the International Journal of Energy Research. In 2013, he assisted China Energy Group in developing a modeling methodology for carbon capture and storage at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Most recently, Ryan worked with former governor of Michigan, Jennifer Granholm, on The American Jobs Project to identify clean energy policies at the state level that could lead to job growth. He’s also consulted a number of public and private organizations, including the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization, the U.S. Department of State and the City of Palo Alto.

Here at Renergy, Ryan will help us to produce renewable energy for California, expanding our anaerobic digester projects and providing advice and analysis on relevant bioenergy and environmental policies.

Outside of the office, you’re most likely to find him surfing or playing upright bass. Join us in welcoming Ryan to the team! He can be reached at rtriolo@renergy.com.
